CrossFit Gymnastics is a class to help members understand gymnastics movement and improve coordination and efficiency. The class will improve technique and performance for all skill levels and will focus on improving movements such as pull-ups, muscle-ups, and handstand walk among others. The coach will not only refine gymnastics techniques and help build strength but, assist in achieving personal goals!
